SBA: Confirmed.

Please note that the language is a character attribute. A spell checker only
"handles" text in "her" language. Concerning old and new German spelling, it is
important that AT TIMES, there is no language "German (Germany,old orth.)" that
can be set. This distinction is needed to "trigger" the two different
dictionaries. Only then, a dictionary-specific colour could be implemented for
German old/new spelling.
