MRU->FME: create a table spreading across 2 pages which has repeated header row.
Now insert Footnotes into the header row -> in the repeated headers, you will
have empty footnote fields. Edit.Footnotes could be accessed from here.
In OO 1.x the link funcionality at least worked on this.
