The Help page for the Increase Indent button states that it will increase the
indentation of the paragraph to the next tab stop. It does not work as stated:
in fact it increases the indentation to the next default tab stop that has been
set in Tools->Options. Pressing Ctrl-click on the Increase Indent button has
the same effect; this latter behaviour corresponds correctly to the Help page.

To reproduce:
- open new Writer document
- check default tab stops in Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org Writer->General
(mine is 36.0pt)
- type a word in the new document
- give this paragraph a tab stop of, say half the default tab stop value (18.0pt
in my case) using Format->Paragraph->Tabs
- now click Increase Indent. The paragraph's indentation is set to the default
tab stop value (of 36.0pt for me) rather than the user-applied tab stop value
(18.0pt for me).

I am reluctant to say the Help page should be changed to match the actual
behaviour of Writer, since I feel that the documented behaviour is very
desirable, and that a code fix is needed.
