The issue is following: I can't use my keyboard to navigate in Navigator unless I have my mouse pointer over it. As soon as I take away the mouse, the up and down arrows stop working, and when I put the mouse back over Navigator, the keys work again. This is a bit annoying. I remember it was the same in 3.1.1.
