2010 -------
Seen in DEV300_m83 (Version flag not available yet) 
 - Tools - Options - Language settings - Writing Aids
 - Click "NEW" (User-defined dicts)
 - Set any name and set language to EN_US
 - Activate it by its check box
 - Click OK to close Dialog
 - Have an EN_US Text with an error in Writer
 - Enable AutoSpellcheck
 - Hover ofer that red wavy underlined word
 - In Context menu (right Mouse click), Add to new dict
-> Message Box "Dict is read-only"
