Footer part is OK I guess. Maybe header is too hight and it is empty. That is reason why "Yours sincerely," is at beginning of page nr 2. At least enormous improvement compared to last time I test this. Because original rtf-file was created by guite old version of OO.o may this header situation need testing (creating the document) with newer version?
