In this specific case, there's no way to insert a page break in the first paragraph (as it's inside of the table, and the page break is grayed). You need to (1) insert a paragraph before the table, (2) modify this paragraph to insert the break, to be coherent with the help system saying that the page number is the property of its first paragraph, and then (3) you must delete this new paragraph (!!!) (I would expect the numbering to revert to default, as the object that bears the property is deleted, but it's not like that! The page still stays numbered like I want). How do you expect to explain this to a user? It's alltogether strange to see that the numbering is linked to "page styles". It should be linked to either page break alone, or to something like document section (to be more consistent and visible in the document schema).
