Same here. I think Helvetica Narrow is a much better match (if it is
installed) than Haettenschweiler (or any of the other fonts typically found
in default installs).

Also substituting fonts is always a last resort, if somebody wants a specific
result, he should pass on (if legal) the fonts with the document or use PDF.
Or use one of the widely available fonts. One should not expect miracles
from a stop-gap measure.

So this WFM too, and I think this should be closed.
