I noticed in the latests snapshots, that CTRL + arrow up/down moves the active 
paragraph up og down. Nice feature, but:

This shortcut is widely used in Microsoft Word to move the CURSOR one 
paragraph up or down; a lifesaver when navigating in a document using the 
keys. 

To make transisition easier for Word users, and to make it easier to use 
Writer (the move cursor paragraph up/down shortcut does not exist in OOo!) I 
suggest:

That you assign CTRL + arrow up/down to: move cursor one paragraph up/down 
(like in Word)

That you assign CTRL + ALT to: move paragraph up down
