2005 -------
Docking a floating Text Object bar doesn't highlight vacant areas of the
document window. However it highlights them if the bar is already docked to it.
This problem also happens with the Main toolbar and other toolbars I guess.

Here are two attached screenshots. One with a floating bar to dock. The other
with a docked bar we try to dock somewhere else. You can see how the bottom
vacant area is highlighted on the second screenshot.
