------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Mar 7 03:06:07 -0800 2005 ------- Confirmed on 2.0bc/RedHat9 (450MHz Celeron Dell Inspiron 7500) (I submitted same problem a while ago but no longer in my My Issues list, which in itself is a bug I submitted also in the past.) For some reason I have discovered older versions of text that had been covered over by a text box. On import the boxes became transparent. This was very conf using until I figured it out, but you cannot tell which should be on top since everything is transparent (talking about ordinary white boxes). Word import obscures text An opaque rectangular object (possibly containing text) that should be embedded in the text is rendered as floating over the text, with the result that since text doesn't flow around it, you can miss text that should be visible (i.e. if the doc is imported with a font that you don't have so the line spacing and ker ning are off..) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
