At first I thought it might be a page size problem but after checking all page sizes are set to "Letter". The top margin of page 1 even looks a little too big, by maybe a quarter of an inch. But page 2, 3, etc are much too big. About 1 to 1 1/2 inches too big. I went back to OOo 1.1.3 and the printing worked perfectly. So I know that it is a problem with OOo 2.0 Beta.
