There is a big rendering-speed regression in viewing writer-documents that
contain a lot of drawings (nit pictures, self made OO drawings).

Fast scrolling was no problem at all with 1.1.3; with 2.0beta fast scrolling
(mouse-wheel) is really slow and there is an effect I would call after-scrolling
(scrolling goes further even if I have stoped to scroll for some seconds), I
think OO2 does still has the scroll-events in its event-queue because scrolling
is so slow.

This happens on a P4-2.6ghz/NVidia accerated Graphics Card, no swapping during
this occurs, 100% CPU (according to top).

On a Duron-800 this is real painful, to work productiv with such slow rendering
is impossible.

hope this can be fixes till 2.0-release.
