My Environment:

Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional SP4
Dell Precision 650, Intel Xeon 2.4GHz, 1GB RAM
OpenOffice.org 2.0 Beta (1.9.79)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an odt document containing some structure, i.e. headings which will
appear in the 'Headings' subtree of the Navigator.

2. Open the Navigator (F5 or Edit/Navigator menu command).

3. Expand the Heading menu. Choose a heading (any will do).

4. Mouse-down on the headig, and drag from Navigator to Windows desktop.

5. Drop on desktop (release mouse).

6. On my system, this results in a Windows error dialog containing the
text "Cannot request exclusive semaphores at interrupt time."

This dialog can be dismissed, and nothing seems to be lost of damaged.

NOTE that I do NOT see this dialog if I perform the same steps on Windows XP
Professional SP1.
