Hi,
In the fourth screen of the wizard, click on the New button in front of Women to
add a personnal salutation for feminine gender for example.
In the new window, select <text> field and put it in the 1. part of the window
In the 2. part 'Personalized the salutation', it seems that you have the ability
to enter a text (and you can do it) but after entering the first letter, you
need to edit the content of the list box, then you can enter a second letter and
this for all the letters of the words. When finished and click the OK button,
the salutation appears correctly on the view window at the bottom of the 4th
screen and in the list box for Women.
