Windows 98SE and Linux (Suse9.1): File - Templates - Edit... - [File Dialog] - Button "Open" File - Templates - Organize... - [Dialogue "Template Management"] - Button "Commands" - Edit File - New - Templates and Documents - [Button "Edit"] All commands don't open the template for editing but open a new file based on the template instead.
