2005 -------
Select a cell with the mouse pointer and it selects the cell. If the cell
contains text and you click on a bit of the text first, dragging you will select
the cell (or text), but if you are trying to select text, you can't deselect the
cell by dragging back like you can in Word. Instead, you have to single click
out and try again, hoping that you select text and not a cell. In Word, you can
select a cell by dragging, but by dragging back again, it selects the text,
realising you dragged out of the invisible cell boundries.
