Problem:
When merging cells in a table, sometimes the vertical allignment of the columns
is broken.

Reproduction:
- Create a new writer document
- Insert a table with 20 columns and 2 rows
- In the first row, merge the first 10 cells
- No either increase the zoom (shows that the vertical lines of the columns
don't fit any more) or try to mark the left merged cell and the cells in the
next column (then in the second row 11 cells are marked instead of 10)

This bug only appears with a rather large number of columns. It is very annoying
when e.g. defining bit fields etc.

The bug is still existent in OOo 2 Beta.
