------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Jun 21 13:17:32 -0700 2005 ------- When you print a document (CTRL-P) with mailmerge fields then OO asks whether a mailmerge should be performed. If you answer affirmatively then you are presented with a dialog showing the actual field values that could be entered. Sadly, you cannot select the actual printer the documents are sent to (which was possible with the OO 1.1.x). A workaround is to first set the default printer (with File -> Printer Setting -> ...) to the desired printer. A side effect of this deficiency is that you cannot select to print to a file (a PostScript file, you can print to OO files) instead of directly to the printer. This is very annoying; mailmerges usually produce a large number of pages and I like to first print to a PostScript file and have a look if everything seems ok. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
