------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jul 21 08:22:21 -0700 2005 ------- In the file attached, there were two eps pictures, side by side in page 3, just above "Changed all figures ...". After adding the last paragraph, the pictures dissapeared and a red "read-error" label replaced them. closing the document and opening again revealed that the pictures dissapeared. This bug also appeared in OOo-1, issue number 33396. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this bug, only give the resulting document. My guess is that it is related to the type of the eps-embedded preview type. Until now, my past experience showed that only Windows Metafile (WMF) preview is safe from this bug. I use 'epstool --add-metafile-preview' to embed preview in an eps picture (created by Matlab). See http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/gsview/epstool.htm and http://linux.com.hk/PenguinWeb/manpage.jsp?section=1&name=epstool . --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
