2005 -------
I just attempted to create a new appendix on a new page by reproducing the
heading paragraph style, and it did not do what I expected.

Steps:
1. A multi-page existing document, with several instances of 'heading 2'
paragraph style. The style does NOT have a page break insert set. One instance
'Diary' has 'page break insert before' manually set to start on a new page.

2. I want an 'appendix' before the 'Diary', also starting on a new page. I
position the cursor before the D of 'Diary' and hit carriage return, then type
'Appendix'

What I expected:
The paragraph style to be duplicated. A blank page with the heading
'Appendix', and at the top of the next page my original heading 'Diary'. Both
based on heading 2, but both with manually created page breaks.

What I got:
Two headings on the same page: 'Appendix' and 'Diary'. The 'Diary' heading
has lost its manual page-break, which has been transferred to 'Appendix'.

This is counter-intuative. Even if I was wrong about the paragraph style being
duplicated, the heading 'Diary' should not have lost its manual setting.
