Instead, the area covered by the top frame still clips material underneath when the material is itself contained in another frame and the covering frame is anchored to the page. I will submit a sample doc that may explain this better. Steps to reproduce: 1. New doc; insert frame; type "Bottom" into frame. 2. Insert another frame; type "Top" into new frame 3. Set top frame wrap to "Through" (NOT background). 4. Set top frame anchor to "Page". 5. Bring top frame to front, and over / covering first frame. 5. Set top frame to NOT print (uncheck Frame...Options/Print) 6. Print preview: lower frame's contents are still obscured. I encountered this trying to add a "post-it" note with instructions for the document.
