If you apply multi-column layout to text inside a table cell only the first
column is accessible. Also, inserting manual column breaks has no effect (see
also issue #38296??).

To reproduce in 1.9.130 Writer:
- insert a table
- enter text inside a cell
- select the text
- Layout - Columns... select more than one column and apply to Selection
- the columns are visible inside the cell (grey lines), but there is no way to
enter text in columns other than the first.

I have also found no way to remove the multi-column layout on the cell. Setting
the number of columns to one leaves a gray border indicating the column layout.
