The edit hyperlink dialogue does double url encoding of the URL.

To reproduce, to following:

1. Enter a text
2. Create a multi-word hyperlink for the text, e.g. "test link"
3. Click "Apply" twice in a row
4. You see the link "path" has changed to "test%2520link"

Solution: The "path" should always be displayed non-encoded, so that for every
apply, encoding is only done once.
