Objective:
copy a nested table from one cell in the parent table to another cell in the
parent table.

Problem:
when I try to copy a nested table from one cell to another, the paste does not
work as expected. If I try to past the cell in column two, nothing happens. If I
try to paste the nested table in column one of a new row, the nested table
distributes itself in multiple cells of the parent table.

Workaround:
If, prior to creating the nested table, I put a blank line in the parent cell,
then create the nested table, the copy and paste function works as expected.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a 2x2 table.
2. In the first cell of this table (P1:1) create a 2x2 table. Fill this nested
table with data.
3. Select the nested table and copy.
4. Click on row1:column2 of the parent table and paste...nothing happens.
5. Click on row2:column1 of the parent table and paste...the data in the nested
table is distributed among multiple rows and columns of the parent table.
6. Create a new parent 2x2 table.
7. In the first cell of this table enter a carriage return, then create a 2x2
table and fill this nested table with data.
8. Select the nested table and copy.
9. Click on row1:column2 of the new parent table and paste...the nested table
appears in the cell as expected.
