2005 -------
Sometimes, a user prefers to use the 
web layout to edit documents like 
Word documents even if this file is 
not a web page. (Maybe the screen is 
more fully used.) 

I suggest that OOo should show a 
document in web layout if a user 
edited this document in this 
view previously. Then, the user 
does not need to switch to web 
layout manually every time the 
document is opened.
