I had a very frustrating experiance trying to add a header to an existing
document.  My following of the documentation didn't work.

The problem, I am almost embarrassed to say was that I was in "Web View".

I suggest the following change to the documentation in the top section under 
HEADER:

After the existing first sentence: "Adds a header to the current page style. A
header is an area in the top page margin, where you can add text or graphics."

I suggest adding: "The header will only show in 'Page Layout' view.  
Choose View - Page Layout checkbox."
