I tried to open them in OO 2.0 - they open, but the address of the recipient is missing entirely. I'd send you the .rtf file but I don't see any way to submit the document (a business letter) as an attachment. I'll be happy to send them to you. I can open the letter fine in WP 12, in Word 2000, and even in TextMaker 2005 beta. Would you send me instructions for submitting the letters to you, please? Thanks.
