(Might be related to Issue # 54214)       

     A heading was typed in 20 point bold. The "enter" key was pressed, creating
a blank line of the same height. The font was then changed to 12 point for
regular text and several paragraphs were typed. Then I decided to remove the
blank line above the first paragraph. The first paragraph moved up slightly
(because the line above was now narrower). The first paragraph reformatted
improperly. Only about half of each line of text in the first paragraph was
displayed.
