This is done by inserting the page number field on the page, double-clicking on the page number and setting the page offset to a number, say 9. If the resulting number is greater than the number of physical pages on the document, the contents of the page number field are not displayed resulting in a blank field. If the resulting number is smaller, pages are numbered correctly until the logical page number is equal to the number of physical pages.
