When you select a table and then go on with Insert/Frame, the table will be
integrated into the new frame. 
I think that should be the same with anything you've selected when choosing
"insert/frame". May be simple text-paragraphes or any kind of objekts.

The last point (integrate selected objects into a frame) is also subject of the
issue 30523. I don't know, if my wish should be integrated in the existing
issue, but perhaps selecting of text-paragraphes is not the same as selecting
objects. And I'd like to have the "integrate"-function not only for objects but
also for normal text - in the same way as the function insert/section integrates
a selection into the new section.
