To reproduce the bug see the attached writer document:

* Walk to headline "2.1 test".

* Either simply place the cursor between "t" end "e" and press enter or insert a
new line and change the style to "Heading 2": The new heading starts with "1.1"
instead of "2.2".


Further hints:

* Checked on linux + windows 2000

* Note: Even though 'outline numbering' was strictly used, the numbering styles
of the headlines show '[nothing]' instead of 'None'.

* We started this large document in OOo 1.1.4, used it with OOo 2.0.0, now OOo
2.0.1.
