When a multi-page table is edited, sometimes the bottom edge of some cells moves
downwards, leaving a huge blank space at the end of the cell.
The user has to adjust it manually by pushing the bottom edge upwards.

Note that there is a similar issue, where the next row goes to the next page
(does not break also, despite setting allows that); but there is no work-around
for that other issue. This issue is NOT the same: There are two differences: (a)
The defective row's bottom edge goes downwards and (b) the user can manually
adjust it back to correct the problem.
