- create empty textdocument
- insert some text, for example: "some trivial text"
- click between "om" of "some" and insert a frame,
  anchoring "At Character" (not As!!)
- create a bookmark named "test" spanning the word "some"
- save the document as template (don't close it)
- open the template-file and let OOo create a new document
- look at the bookmarks (Object-Browser) and you'll find
  the "test"-bookmark
- now insert a frame between "ex" of "text" also anchoring
  "At Character"
- save the document
- open the template-file and let OOo create a new document
- now your bookmark is gone
- delete the last inserted frame and save the document
- open the template-file and let OOo create a new document
- now your bookmark is here again

This only happens if you anchor more than one frame into
the same paragraph "At Character".

In some rare cases some characters at the end of the
paragraph got lost.
This happens for example if you use the text
"huzelbuzelduzel" and anchor the frames between
the "uz" of "huzel" and the "uz" of "duzel".
I knew OOo could detect unreasonable content. ;-)

I've a workarround (actually it isn't really, but decide
for yourself):
After defining the bookmark, create a reference on the
same range as the bookmark (of course now the range of
the bookmark has a gray background and maybe used as
reference, even you don't want this).
Now your bookmark won't get lost after saving.
