To simulate:

1. New a Writer document
2. Insert a table, say 2 x 3.
3. Set cursor at cell (2, 1)
4. In the "Table" style dialog, select "Line Style" and then pick point size "2
pt".
5. Save, close and reopen the file. It works.
6. Now set cursor at cell (2, 1)
7. In the "Table" style dialog, select "Line Style" and then pick point size "7
pt".
8. Save, close and reopen the file. The cell border is incorrect.
