------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Mar 13 15:48:20 -0800 2006 ------- This happens with 2.0.1 (and previous versions) in linux and 2.0.2 (and previous versions) in windows. I will attach example files in a bit. To reproduce: 1. Creat a long calc sheet 2. Paste it to Writer Expected outcome: -> Writer will be able to keep the format from calc, spreading it through pages, protecting the border formats. Needed Outcome: -> I am writing my thesis, and the pasted table need to match writer page and character formats once pasted, and keep its own border patterns accross pages. Current outcome(s): -> If pasted as "calc8" using ctrl+shift+v, the table gets scewed into one page. characters become too small to read and the table is not spread to a couple of pages. it is shrinked into one page -> If pasted as html, borders get buggy and border lines are redrawn in every new page -> If pasted as DDE link, border formats are not kept at all -> If pasted as formatted text (rtf), no format is kept. -> Other ways to paste it doesn't work either As for the attachments (in a bit): Table.ods: the table that is pasted to writer AsCalc8.odt: pasted as calc8, table is scewed into one page AsDDE.odt: pasted as DDE link, no border format is kept, writer crashed first time I tried pasted AsRTF.odt: pasted as formatted text, no format at all is kept, cells are misplaced. AsHtml.odt: pasted as html, border patterns / format gets buggy. Observe the line at the end of page 2 in the AsHtml.pdf I also will attach. It is not supposed ot be there, and this happens regardless of where the page "breaks". Let me know what other output you need, and I will provide it at once. I will attach these above files in a bit (dial up is slow). I would also appreciate any nice workaround until we fix this. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
