2006 -------
I've a document that was created with OOo 1.x, then converted to .odt and that
I've used with 2.0.x with no problems.
Some days ago I've installed m161 (Windows and GNU/Linux, Pavel's builds) and
updating or trying to create the index produces an empty index.
To reproduce: right click on the index (table of context) part at the first page
of the document, and select "Update index/table" and you will have just a
single, index related, background grayed paragraph!
(btw, I've reduced the dimension of the document just to bring to your attention
a small set case, but it should produce an index with many rows neverless).
Even if you remove the index and create a brand-new it does not work.
If I create a brand new document with m161, then it works fine instead. So there
must be something strange in this document that worked just fine until m161 (or
also m160?).
