If I print a single page, the hidden paragraph conditions aren't applied, and if I print multiple, the last page doesn't have them applied. It seems Writer is applying the conditions upon page finish. Bad. As you know, there is general outcry about the behavior of Labels functionality. I am able to get Labels working. I have a stepthrough at the given URL. But this issue is manifest even under the best conditions I have found. If necessary, I will attach a Base file and a Writer Labels file. Guess about problem: I think Writer is applying the Hidden praragraphs conditions at the end of page instead of at the end of frame.
