Hi,
When spellchecking a word starting with an uppercase accentuated letter (common
in French, for example), the suggested corrections isn't uppercased.

This is slightly more severe than it sounds, since some people don't know that
you can enter an accentuated uppercase letter with caps-lock, thus rely on the
spellchecker to fix the accent.

To reproduce:
- type an uppercase word which should need an accentuated letter (not as first
sentence word, to avoid the autocorrection uppercasing rule) e.g. "Etat"
- Right-click on it. Suggestion is "état"
Correct behaviour should be: État
