When trying to save a file opened over a closed WebDAV network connection,
OpenOffice.org comes back with a "General input/output error" dialog. There is
no way to save your changes, locally or otherwise, until the network connection
comes back up.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Check Tools -> Options -> General -> Use OpenOffice.org dialogs.
2. File -> Open and type URL for test WebDAV repository
(http://webdav.someserver.org).
3. Open file on WebDAV server and modify.
4. Disconnect network connection.
5. Click File -> Save As... Should give you error dialog.

Desired behaviour would be to allow users to save their changes locally until
such time as they can be uploaded over the network. OpenOffice.org should fail
gracefully on a disabled network connection and provide the option of saving
locally by default.
