A character style inherits the Default paragraph configuration until user adds
modifications. But modifications made to the Default paragraph style (and
therefore to the Default and all other character styles) don't cascade to the
character styles.

Example: change the language, the font, ... of the Default paragraph style
=> the character styles still show the former configuration.

However, if you apply any character style, the new settings are taken into
account (language for spell check, font, ...). Moreover, the Organizer tab shows
correctly the changes (i.e. no change for language and font, ...).
