In the french ui of all of the OO modules (writer, calc, impress, draw), the 
english word Frame is used in the Insertion menu. 
 
This issue is connected to the 18564 : the word Frame was also used in the 
first OO 1 version, then replaced by Cadre. But there was then two words Cadre 
in the Insertion menu. The issue 18564 is about this problem, telling that a 
new word has been choosen (which one ? We don't know !) for the 2.0 version.
