2005 -------
OOo 2.0 shows warnings at several places, such as save in non-default file
format or printing a document with data fields. Thos warnings can be disabled by
the user (do not show warning agien). But they cannot be re-enabled.
This leads to confusion, if the warning triggers some action, that is not
accessible in a easy way (as with the mail merge feature - see Issue 51906).

So, in tools - options, user should be able to re-enable such warnings. 
This is similar to the "Reset Help Agent" functionality and could be placed to
the same place.

E.g left are of Options -OOo - General is about help, right area would provide a
checkbox to enable / disable all warnings and have a button "Reset Warnings".
