UDA1341TS sound chip is avaiable in ALSA CVS (alsa-driver/arm,
alsa-driver/i2c/l3)

I need a dummy sound driver, that let's play and capture sounds so, that
the sound that is being played by one application can be simultanoeusly
captured with another application.
I have tried to figure out how to modify the existing snd-card-dummy to do
that but without success. Could so
