Where can I get a list of the available controls for each module?

I need to figure out why the audio gets playback on all channels but I
am using some asoundrc magic to do that so it probably needs fine tuning.

I really don't how to describe my problem. There is some noise like in a
not very well tuned radio station or as if my speakers are creaking. This
is not happening continuously. I am sorry for my English and also for the

Does anybody know how to use the 3D positioning feature of the SB Live
card? I want to place a number of individual sounds in space.
According to the ac97 spec, register 0x22 has bits for depth and center,
which would do what I want, but the STAC9708 only has audio
'separation', which does
