i just converted the codes in alsa-kernel tree to use the new
module_param*() functions for 2.6 kernels. with this change, the boot
parameters can be set up much more easily.
2.2/2.4 kernels should be ok after running cvscompile. just ignore
the compile warnings 'boot_devs not used' on 2.2/
