I have seen some references to alsa '. ... .rc' files, but
have yet to see a reference of what can go in them.
can someone give me a pointer to where they are described.

Does anyone have xmcd working with alsa 0.9.0 ??
Is the fact that it doesnt work written up somewhere (I havent
