[Alsa-user] stereo->5.1 AND dmix AND oss

I first started experimenting with the stereo -> 5.1 configuration and got it to work great! Then in the interests of everyone sharing the card, I fiddled around with dmixing the new 5.1 device and succeeded - now stereo apps are upmixed to 5.1, share with each other, AND share with real 5.1 apps.
