I'm attempting to use two instances of arecord at the same time. I've
tried to use the -N (nonblocking) option for both instances, but the
second instance always fails:

I'm just getting started on Linux, and I just purchased a
Multiface/hdsp PCI card in hopes of running a fast computer music
station... its not quite there yet at all. Here is what happens...
