I have an Audigy2 ZS, and can't get the Center or LFE channels to
work. If I run speaker-test -c6 -Dsurround51 I get output from the
front and back speakers (and sub) when it test the front and rear
channels, but there is no output when it tests the Center and LFE
channels.
